精鍍硬鉻鋼領(lǐng)

·特性：

1.采用特殊電鍍工藝，在鋼領(lǐng)表面鍍上一層均勻、密致的硬鉻層，造成與鋼絲圈表面的異相摩擦，減少粘連磨損所造成的早期衰退現(xiàn)象，從而大幅度提高鋼領(lǐng)使用壽命。

2.鋼領(lǐng)表面經(jīng)過精密拋光，有較高的光潔度，上車走熟期較短。

1. Even and compact chrome layer covered at the surface of the ring by special plating process causes out-of-phase friction against the suface of the ring traverler ，which allows long service life resulting from the reduction of the early rust which the wear and tear causes.
